How to get Support
- Print the GoEdit configuration page
There should be a "print" button located, you find a brief description under "Troubleshooting -> Support" on the configuration page
- Provide GoEdit client logs
Open the logs of the GoEdit desktop client using the context menu of GoEdit's tray icon -> Show log. Attach the last 50 lines to your request
Either copy the whole content, or attach the file to your support request.
