How to get Support

Important: In order to support you, we need certain informations from your installation. Please collect and include all of them in your support request:
  1. Print the GoEdit configuration page
    There should be a "print" button located, you find a brief description under "Troubleshooting -> Support" on the configuration page
  2. Provide GoEdit client logs
    Open the logs of the GoEdit desktop client using the context menu of GoEdit's tray icon -> Show log. Attach the last 50 lines to your request
    Either copy the whole content, or attach the file to your support request.
  3. Provide logs of your platform, see:
    1. get Confluence logs
    2. get Jira logs
    3. Drupal Wiki Support Guidelines
